I. A Lesson Learned at a Cost of 500,000 Yuan

After the product compliance team of our firm intervened, we first conducted a comprehensive "physical examination" of the labels of 28 products. In accordance with national standards, we investigated item by item and found a total of 11 specific problems in three categories:

To this end, we assisted the enterprise in establishing a three-level control system covering "raw material procurement - production and processing - packaging and factory delivery":
Level 1: Source Control
Formulated a supplier qualification review checklist, clarified the requirements for certificate and invoice collection, and established electronic archives. Before each batch of raw materials is warehoused, 7 documents including production licenses and factory inspection reports must be verified to ensure compliant sourcing.
Level 2: Process Control
Optimized production record forms and clarified the process parameters of key control points such as ingredient mixing, baking, cooling, and packaging. Added a dual-person review mechanism, where ingredient mixers and quality control personnel sign and confirm respectively to avoid feeding errors.
Level 3: Factory-Exit Audit
Developed a "dual-person review" process for label audit and embedded automatic verification into the ERP system. The system has built-in all the rules of the
III. How Compliance Becomes a Growth Engine
After the system was put into place, compliance was no longer a post-event remedy but a daily activity throughout the entire production process.

Team Empowerment: Organized 40 class hours of special training for quality control personnel, covering from regulation interpretation to practical drills, to comprehensively improve their professional capabilities. Simultaneously compiled the , converting more than 200 regulatory key points into operational guidelines that frontline employees can "understand and apply". -
